  • Discovery call
The first step of the journey is to book a discovery call with our team. This typically takes 10 minutes and allows us to get a basic understanding of your goals. We can then provide some insight as to what’s feasible and how we may be able to help.
  • Fact find
To accurately crunch the numbers, we need to understand your current situation. This is completed using a “Fact Find”. You can do this yourself using our online portal, it takes about 15 minutes. Alternatively, we can help you through this face to face or on a video call. Whatever works best for you.
  • Proposal
Once the statement of position has been completed, our advisors will email across a detailed proposal. We’ll have run this through various banks calculators and will provide negotiated interest rates and costings. We’ll have this to you by close of business the following day.
  • Document collation
We’ll provide a detailed list of the documents needed to support your application. If items are needed from associated professionals (Accountants, Real Estate Agents etc.) we’re happy to source these on your behalf.
  • Full assessment
We then review the documents to ensure they match what we are pitching. If there’s any gray areas. We’ll iron these out prior to submission. Being diligent and packaging correctly means the proposal will be assessed much quicker once it’s received by the lenders.
  • Submission
We’re almost at the finish line. Once the application is with the lender we’ll let you know their current timeframes (typically 1-2 weeks). We regularly check in with the lender and keep you updated as there’s nothing worse than being left in the dark.
